Yes, we have discounts of upto 20% on all our serviced apartments suites. Its best to get in touch with our team in order to discuss your specific requirements as we have over 40 different configurations and cover many locations in Gurgaon.

With corporate tieups, your company employees will be eligible for discounts as well as all inclusive deals on the stay (included lunch and dinner for instance). In addition we can allocate you a serviced apartment or room from anywhere within our network - so if your employees prefer a garden facing room or an apartment with three bedrooms, we have got it all covered In addition, corporate tieups give you the added advantage of billing the stay to the company (BTC) and hence we can send the bill directly to the corporate. Most certainly. We have a well developed licensing model that works on the basis of us assisting your setup for 60 days. This works really well for service apartments that are either non operational (new) or are not performing upto the mark (so a turn around is needed). The Perch has various service apartments in Gurgugram, and our offerings on Sohna road are perfect for you. Our properties in Sector 40, MG Road and Sushant Lok all feature larger apartments - 2 BHK all the way upto a 5 BHK - which is perfect for a family. The Perch Central Park 2 Serviced Apartment is ideal for a family of 4 and can accommodate up to 5 people. The large open spaces in the community and the amazing facilities will definitely make your family stay in Gurgaon an ideal and comfortable one.

Some of our properties (larger ones) with 2BHK and 4 BHK, can probably accommodate small pets. But our studios and rooms are not suitable for pets. So it is best to call before to check if pets can be accommodated at the building you are booking before your booking. We do try our best to accommodate small pets in larger apartments, assuming that they are well trained and will not be a problem for any other guests.

Yes, we have car parking over at most of our properties. Usually there is a small parking area inside / right next to the building. In case this area is full, we can assist parking around the building as there are also parking spots in the by lanes next to the building as well.

We do offer airport pick up as well as have our own in-house GPS enabled Cab service. Our drivers are carefully chosen and are well trained in ethics and passenger safety. You can of course also book radio cabs on your app - but if you prefer a dedicated cab then please do contact our front desk manager for this.

Our normal check-in time is 1 PM, but sometimes we do allow early check in as well (in case there is no upcoming check out and the room or apartment in not occupied). To get a clear picture regarding our polices and rules please visit the policies section. And of course do call in the property earlier (on the property number) to speak with the manager and he will be glad to help you if we have availability.

Perch properties are all well located close to entertainment and corporate hubs. Near Sushant Lok / MG Road there is the golf course Road which is full of activities and malls. There is also entertainment at Cyber Hub - which features cinemas, malls, pubs and resturants. For the people fond of outdoors and sports - there are plenty of options. There are 5 golf courses in Gurgaon and also a number of places where you can go to play casual cricket. And if travel is your thing then the Aravlais are just 1 hour away for a nice weekend outing as well.
