Cancellation Policy

  • Notice of cancellation must reach the Central Reservation (Telephone: +91-124-4370742 Email: booking@theperch.in) and duly acknowledged by the same office 72 hours (3 days) ahead of arrival date. 
  • In case the cancellation is made 30 days from arrival or 2 days after booking, you are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
  • If the guest failed to show-up on the arrival date (No Show), security deposit will be forfeited.
  • Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation.
  • Under exceptional circumstances, the booking deposit can be adjusted against future bookings, upon receipt of adequete advance notice.
